In this virtual workshop, Kirsten will set the stage for how to understand mentoring and what it takes to increase the impact of mentoring in an organizational context. Mentoring has evolved and is becoming very popular in organizational life for many different strategic purposes. What is then the difference between coaching and mentoring, what skills are needed to be a great mentor, and how to design successful mentoring programme.

Föreläsare: Kirsten M. Poulsen, Director and Founder of KMP+ House of Mentoring (since 2000), is a thought leader, author and consultant specialised in the field of mentoring. She is the author of a number of book and many articles about mentoring for diversity, and for leadership & talent development including a chapter on “Mentoring Executives in the Workplace: A View of Practice and Research” in the recent edition of the Sage Handbook of Mentoring. Kirsten and her colleagues design and deliver mentoring programmes and training to organization such as Danfoss, Leo Pharma, Philips, Visma e-conomic, Novo Nordisk and to many universities such as University of Oslo, Copenhagen Business School, University of Brighton etc. Kirsten is a long time member of EMCC and co-founder and first president of EMCC Denmark (2007-2009).
